Privacy Policy
In short: Evenkeel has no account and sends nothing to us. What you log stays on your phone. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools.
Who is responsible
The controller is NISICO TECHNOLOGIES SRL, Romania (the “publisher”, “we”). Contact: support@nisico.eu. Registered office: Strada Stupca 22-32, Sector 6, 061042 Bucharest, Romania. Company number: J40/4720/16.03.2021. VAT: RO43922705.
What the app stores, and where
Evenkeel stores what you enter: your unit and starting details, your chosen weight range, weigh-ins, protein and strength entries, your notes, and your settings (such as reminders and the optional app lock). This is kept in a database on your phone only. The database is excluded from iCloud and Google backups. We have no server that could hold it, and the app does not make network connections.
Because we never receive this information, we do not process it on our side and cannot look at it, recover it or delete it for you. You are in control of it.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no email address, no advertising identifier, no analytics and no crash-reporting service. The app does not track you.
Notifications and app lock
Reminders are scheduled on your phone. They do not use a push service and need no token. The optional app lock uses your phone’s own Face ID, fingerprint or passcode check. The app does not receive or store your biometric data.
Health link (optional, in a later version)
A future version may offer an optional link to Apple Health or Health Connect. If it is offered, it is off until you switch it on. It would only read your body weight and daily step count, and it would save the weigh-ins you type back to your phone’s health store only if you turn that on separately. Steps are never written. What is read is copied into the same on-phone database and goes nowhere else. You can switch the link off at any time, and revoke access in your phone’s settings. This policy will be updated before such a version is released.
Exports and sharing
You can create a CSV file, a one-page PDF report, a health-record (FHIR) file of your weights, or a short plain-text update for someone close to you. These are made on your phone and leave it only when you choose to share or save them through your phone’s share sheet, for example with your doctor, by email or to a cloud folder. Once you share a file, the receiving service or person is responsible for it under their own terms; we are not involved.
Deleting your data
Settings has a “Delete all data” option that erases everything the app holds on your phone. Uninstalling the app also removes it. Because there is no copy elsewhere, deleted data cannot be recovered unless you saved a CSV export yourself. See Delete your data.
Children
Evenkeel is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly offer it to children. Since we collect no data, we hold no information about any user.
Your rights under the GDPR
Because we hold no personal data about you, requests for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection are met by the controls in the app itself (view, edit, export, delete). You may still contact us at support@nisico.eu with any question. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your own EU country.
Not medical advice
Evenkeel is a personal tracking tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment guidance, and it does not promise any result. Talk to a qualified health professional about your health and any treatment decisions.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be described in the app’s release notes.
