What the app is

Evenkeel is a personal log for weight, habits and notes, with a trend view and an exportable record. It keeps your data on your phone.

Not medical advice

Evenkeel does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment guidance, and it is not a substitute for a qualified health professional. It makes no promise about any outcome. Decisions about your health, medication or treatment are yours to make with your doctor. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law gives you that right. The app is for people aged 16 and over.

Your data

You own what you enter. It is stored only on your phone, so keeping it safe is up to you: export a CSV file now and then, and note that deleting the app or using “Delete all data” erases it for good. See the Privacy Policy.

As is

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our fault.

Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU or national law, including any legal guarantee that applies to digital content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and the app; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, without removing any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence as a consumer.
