Where is my data?
On your phone only. Evenkeel has no account and no server. We cannot see your entries, and we cannot restore them if they are lost.
How do I move to a new phone?
On the old phone, open Settings, then Your data, and export a CSV file. Save or send it to yourself. On the new phone, install Evenkeel, open Settings, then Your data, and import (restore) that file. Do this before you wipe or sell the old phone, because the data is not in iCloud or Google backups.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, then Delete all data. It erases everything the app holds on the phone and cannot be undone. Export a CSV first if you want to keep a copy.
I forgot how to unlock the app (app lock).
The lock uses your phone’s own Face ID, fingerprint or passcode, so use the phone’s passcode when it asks. If you cannot get in at all, the only way is to reinstall the app, and that erases the data stored in it. If you have a CSV export, you can import it again afterwards.
Can I use stones or pounds instead of kilograms?
Yes. Pick your unit (kilograms, pounds, or stones and pounds) in Settings. Changing the unit changes how weights are shown; your entries are kept.
Is this medical advice?
No. Evenkeel is a tracking tool and gives no medical advice. Please talk to your doctor about your health and any treatment.
